NSIC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation Limited) has released the eligibility criteria for multiple managerial positions. Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications and experience depending on the post:
- MBA (Finance/Marketing/HRM) from a recognized university
- Tech /B.E in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or IT disciplines
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA)
- Company Secretary (CS)
- LLB / Integrated Law Degree for Legal positions
Experience Required:
Experience will be preferred in relevant functional areas such as Finance, HR, Law, MSME Business Development, and Technology Management.

- Chief Manager: Minimum 9 years
- Manager: Minimum 5 years
